How do visits work?

  1. Start by scheduling a consultation. Payment of $99 is due at time of scheduling. You will create a patient portal account and fill out intake forms. At your first visit we will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and concerns, set goals for treatment, and you will leave with a personalized plan of care.

  2. After your consultation, if you become a patient of Desert Rain, you will join a monthly subscription membership (quarterly and annual discounts available) that includes:

    >Follow up visits as needed

    >Medication management

    >Education

    >Messaging with provider

  3. Prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice or mailed from a specialty pharmacy directly to you in discreet packaging.

  4. Follow up visits are included in membership and are typically at 4-6 week intervals until treatment goals are met.

  5. Depending on your history and goals you may need to have labs drawn prior to your follow up visit.
