How does it work?

Telemedicine Virtual Visits

  1. Start by scheduling a consultation. You will fill out intake forms and create a patient portal account. The price of the initial consultation ($250) will include your initial lab panel, consultation visit, and initial plan of care/prescriptions.

  2. After you schedule, a laboratory order will be e-mailed to you with instructions on where to get labs drawn.

  3. When your lab results come in you will be prompted to schedule your initial visit. During this visit we will review your labs, symptoms, and health history. You will leave the visit with a personalized treatment plan at an affordable monthly membership price that includes follow up visits and messaging with provider.

  4. Prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice or mailed from specialty pharmacy directly to you in discreet packaging.

  5. Follow-up visit with lab testing (if needed), usually in 2 months, (but available as needed!) with adjustments to treatment as needed.
